My daughter had some severe pain in her upper thigh/glute area from over use. (She is a runner) He had her show him on a picture where her pain was. With in the hour appointment, her pain had been relieved and her range of motion is back! He gave her some stretches to do, explained and showed her how to do them properly. Jeff did a great job inspecting our property. He is very knowledgeable about issues with old structures. The house was built in the 1800's and Jeff pointed out areas of concern. He also had great suggestions for renovation.

This week while traveling from AZ I took the plunge and had my haircut for the first time in about 15 years (yes 15 years ?) I was ready for a subtle change and Chelsea was AMAZING. She did an excellent job and never made any cuts without asking first as she knew I was nervous. She never judged me or shamed me for the state my hair was in (which honestly is a huge fear thats kept me from getting it done).
