The stars I am giving are for the friendliness of the staff- they were great. My disappointment is in the pet meds situation. I wasn’t given any direction on flea tick and heartworm prevention for my small kitten. When I returned for her follow up visit, I inquired about it and was told I needed to go online to Greenwoods website and choose the medication that I think might work for my animal, then request it to be prescribed through the vets office and it will be shipped to me. Spencer and is his assistant (I'm so sorry I didn't get your name) were absolutely amazing during one the hardest decisions we've had to make as pet owners. They were patient, kind, understanding and so much more during our process of having to put our beloved dog down. Beyond thankful for their kindness during our grieving process.
Dr. Stacy and team are super understanding and accommodating. The prices are reasonable, and this clinic truly isn't all about money. They want to see your animals happy and healthy.
