Just had my kitchen countertops installed with Mario’s and I’m so happy with the end result. The installers are so professional and respectful and care about details. When I had issues with the slab I picked which had nothing to do with the installation everyone there went out of their way to fix it right away. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks me especially for their exceptional customer service and the quality of their work. Special shout out to Jen at the front desk for working so hard on resolving any concerns we had and to Earl for all the care and skill he showed on the job.
Mario’s Granite was fantastic to work with from start to finish. They came out to measure within a day of my initial call and were ready to install as soon as the very next day. I had to schedule installation a few days later because of my work schedule, and they were incredibly accommodating and easy to coordinate with. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and professional. The granite quality is excellent, and the finished countertop looks amazing. I’m so glad I chose them instead of going through Home Depot or Lowe’s — the service and turnaround time were outstanding. Highly recommend.
From the first interaction with the woman working up front, to the measurement appt with Sam, the install with Earl and Luis, everyone we encountered were honest, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Communication was great, we always knew what was happening and what to expect. I would definitely recommend Mario's Granite to anyone looking for a great product with quality install.
