My camper has a bit of a coolant drip after parked overnight, and I chose to drop by after calling to see if they had a minute to evaluate the problem. Their friendly dogs greeted me, and after a few minutes were able to look at it and tighten clamps (it was not leaking while running) Bonus; the have cookies and brownies in the office!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. I was stranded with transmission problems over the Labor Day weekend. By several peoples recommendations I called and was told to drop it off that Tuesday morning but he was booked solid throughout most of October, but he would get to it when he could.
Surprisingly, that same day he called with a diagnosis. Unfortunately for me, a replacement transmission. A long story short, I returned downstate and they kept me informed as the days went by (delivery of the replacement transmission).
It arrived and again he made room in his schedule to install it and by September... read full review

I cannot put into words how special these people are. The transfer case went out on our AWD van when we were hours away from home. Handrich & Sons took us in right away even though they were super busy. James went SO far above and beyond to help us out, and so did Sharon. I highly recommend this shop and will always remember the kindness these guys showed us!
