    My husband and I called Chris at C&W over 4 years ago, bought a reconditioned portajon from him for our cabin, and paid every month for his company to service it. The money came out the day that I indicated, every month like clockwork, and a day or two later, they would show up and service the unit. When my veteran husband got sick, Chris went out of his way to make sure we had service. It seems now that since Chris tied in with Jons-to-go, the service is either spotty or nonexistent. The money comes out "whenever we get to it", and we are then told that our service day is whatever day they decide to come out. Chris VanderMeulen acquired the company in 2005, gradually building it over the years to service additional areas as he purchased more equipment. In 2018, he partnered with Jons To Go in order to share the administrative workload and have access to additional options and luxury restroom trailers.
