My washing machine stopped operating mid-cycle for the first load on "washing day" (of course). I called several places, but Jack's called back first AND had same-day availability, a rarity. Jack was delightful! An earlier appointment ran over, but he didn't leave me hanging; calling with an update and ensuring it would work for me. He quickly repaired my machine, adjusted one of the feet so it would balance better (bonus), and then showed me the secret code to re-calibrating the machine. He charged me only for the service call, and I can tell you, he charges less than the store repair companies!
