Simply put, Jim was the best service technician I've hired in over 50 years! He's honest (admits what he doesn't know), prompt (showing up when he said he would), fair (charged what he said he would), and constructively curious (researched our problem before showing up). He returned an ailing dishwasher to like new performance and saved me the expense and hassle of having to replace it. You don't often run into grounded individuals with such talents and integrity. Jim just left and I have to say, he was great! He was able to diagnose and repair the issue with my refrigerator quickly and at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend giving them a call!
