Hands down the best experience we have ever had with our 8 and 3 year old kiddos. He was so chill and welcoming making our boys feel completely at ease. Our 3 year old doesn’t love getting his hair cut and usually puts up a fuss. I have had other people either refuse to cut his hair or ask me to hold him down. Urban took his time, waited for him to feel comfortable, reassured me that I did not need to apologize for a wiggly toddler and proceeded to make cutting his hair look like a cake walk. He asked my 8 year old what he wanted and executed exactly that. I could tell he loved actually having a voice when it comes to his hair. Both of our boys were over the moon with their hair. And this mom got to leave the shop feeling guilt free and completely happy with their cuts! Needless to say we will not be seeing another barber from here on out.
Tried this barber for the first time for my 4.5 year old, amazing experience! Urban took his time and made sure his hair was done properly. We never felt rushed and he made my son very comfortable. We will be going here from now on. Highly recommend!!
came here after going to the same barber for 20+ years. had little direction for how I wanted my hair and he nailed it. 10/10 will be back
