This vet is amazing! We used them years ago, and recently started using them again after moving back to the area. The vet staff is very kind! Front desk is nice, but sometimes I've felt dismissed/ignored and they're not always very personable, but they've never been rude. I booked Dr. Kathy for my cat's sudden injury and she was extremely helpful, kind and reassuring. She went above and beyond when trying to figure out what was going on with my little lady, trying and explaining my options, even reaching out after hours for an update. I have been going here for over 10years Dr.Applegate is the best we love her very much she does such a wonderful job and does it with care and compassion the rest of staff are absolutely wonderful. The whole place is a great experience highly recommend just a all around family atmosphere
Robyn is such a great vet tech! She explained everything so clearly and really made sure we understood the spay procedure for our kitten. Both our cats feel safe and loved at Family Pet Health Center ❤️
