I would highly recommend Baker Property Inspections. Thorough, detailed and competent. Jason did a great job with the inspection. I would use this company again and will inform friends and family if they decide to buy a house and need a home inspection.
Jason inspected the home we are purchasing and did an outstanding and very thorough job. They spent extra time to assure we went through each item in the report and recommended what measures we could take after finding an issue. I highly recommend his services and will be using him again in the future!
I had Baker Property Inspections out to do an inspection on a home I am interested in purchasing in Battle Creek. I had no idea who to use and my realtor sent me some sample inspections from a few companies but I loved the detailed report Jason puts together and BOY was I pleased with the final result. I met with Jason and Audrey and got to talk about the odds and ends for quite some time until I felt like I had a good understanding of the ups and downs of the interior, exterior, and property of the home. I am VERY pleased with the inspection and I am quite honestly an extreme type-A person. It’s not easy to get 5 stars out of me when it comes to such an important process.... read full review
