I go to Mai Le every time, and she always does a fantastic job. my only challenge is that I'm hearing impaired and most staff wear masks, so it's hard to understand them since I can't lipread. Mai Le has been wonderful about making sure I can understand her. I feel so girly every time I walk out!“
