Mark the owner of Ultimate Comfort came out and did an emergency inspection of our furnace. He identified the issue and replaced our blower motor so we could get heat to our home, it was 20 degrees at night and with our young boy it was crucial we got the issue resolved. I wasn't sure if I needed a new central a/c unit or not but Mark guided me on the best solution as to fix or replace.
