I didn’t like the fact that one of the man came in and wore no protection on his feet on my white carpet.. He made more spots than I originally had. The more experienced person was awesome he got all of the spots out and was very professional. I would give 5 stars except for the guy not putting protective covers over his shoes. I have used Stanley Steemer for many years.
The team was exceptional. I asked for a couple other services because their attention to detail was impeccable. I will definitely use Stanley Steemer again if I can have the same team in the future. They were very professional and friendly. They explained the process and got to work. Great job guys!
Jacob was very polite and informative. He explained the process completely and cleaned our carpet and living room upholstery quickly. Trouble spots on the carpet are now gone and the upholstery smells fresh again. We will definitely use Stanley Steemer again and ask for Jacob.
