I appreciate that Shawn didn’t waste my time with a sit-down and over-explained waste of time session explaining their work, just shot me the number and expectations for the project.The team were professional in their timing and showed up every day around 7:00 and left by the time I got home around 5-6. The lawn and driveway were swept with magnets to pickup any nails and there was a very minimal amount of shingle debris I noticed and picked up.All extras in cost were well communicated and known of well ahead of issuing a contract.Adding vents was a common up-sale item from some competitors, but for Shawn it was just base bid, and that’s much appreciated.Overall, the team was quick on install, and the roof looks great 1 month later with no problems thus far (installed Sept 2023)One small issue is the finish on the roof vent caps were slightly scratched up, but for $5 at the hardware store, touch up painting was easy enough.“
