I stopped by today just last minute after my therapy appointment at the Mason-South Cedar Street MyEyeDr, to see if they could straighten and tighten my glasses. Shawn at the front desk stood up quickly as I entered and asked if she could help me with this big smile on her face! She tightened my glasses and wouldn’t take anything for her amazingly sweet assistance. She totally made my day. I am considering switching to their office. I love my eye doctor but they are 22 miles closer and incredible service!!!! Thank you so very much!!!

Th office staff are very courteous and the doctor is professional and knowledgeable. I especially want to give a shout out to Jamie who helped me choose my glasses and also to understand the insurance process. She was patient and kind as well as knowledgeable. She rocks! It’s staff like her that keep me returning.

The eye exam was very thorough and I was given all the time needed for questions. Also, the staff is friendly and makes you feel welcome. I also appreciate the large selection of safety frames. This is where I will go from now on.
