Everyone was super friendly and very knowledgeable. I needed new glasses and we looked at every frame in the store! Didn't find one I loved so I ordered a pair online and took them back in for the lenses! I have progressives so I didn't want to get those online. They can be tricky. Overall a super experience! Eric’s and Jessica did a great job of explaining how the process is when you come in and get an eye exam for the first time. If you pick out some glasses they will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your new glasses.

From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted kindly, given a comprehensive exam, then given all of the information I needed about my insurance coverage and my specific details about my visit. They were helpful without pushing me to pay for frames or anything extra!
