This is a one-man operation, which I mention because you have to get up pretty early to get on his daily list (which seems full judging by how many places I see him around town)... but once you get on said list, he's the most fair, honest contractor you can find. We could not be happier with the service we just recieved. Furnace went out after 23 yrs and Pierce was able to replace ours with a 95% efficient unit within 3 weeks. Some may say that's too long to wait, but we were elated he could fit us in as it's December. Everything about Pierce is 100% top notch, the service, the cost, and the way we were treated.
