“I've been bouncing around Lansing area dentist for a few years which recently led me to the very professional and user friendly website for Blair Family Dentistry. The webpage explained that this business recently moved locations and was accepting new patients. I booked an appointment and filled out all my paperwork online which was very convenient! I got a few appointment reminders closer to my cleaning session which I appreciate because a no-show fee is $75! The building is impressive with fancy, minimalist deco. There is no play area for children. I was taken back for my visit exactly on time. The hygienist introduced herself and asked a few questions and maintained small chit-chat throughout the cleaning. After my teeth were squeaky clean, I was able to schedule my next appointment while we waited a few minutes for the doc to show up. Doctor Blair introduced herself, was friendly, and explained that she reviewed my records that were transferred from a different clinic. My only complaint about this business is that patient rooms are divided by a walls with no doors but rather an open hallway instead. I was able to hear the sounds of procedures being performed on other patients which didn't bother me but it might freak out people who are sensitive/scared of the dentist. There seemed to be a separate area for child patients.“

“I have been trying to find a new dentist for quite some time. I recently moved back to Williamston and thought I’d call his office. I had some minor wisdom tooth pain and he got me in the next day to look at it. He ended up doing a full exam and we came up with a plan. I was referred to an oral surgeon to get my teeth removed and it was 6 weeks out. Long story short he found me a place that could do it the next day. I felt like he was family when I walked into his office, it’s an amazing group of people. Especially the receptionist Dawn! I look forward to going there for future appointments. If you’re looking for a dentist that cares and also considers what insurance covers etc, call him. You won’t regret it!“
