Horrible experience! I was being treated in the Marshall Mi office. I told the Dr and staff we winter in Florida. I called today to have my records sent to Florida. They said they could not do that unless I came in or went thru their 3rd party in Nashville Tn and gave me a link that difficult to use. I called back the Marshall and the staff seemed annoyed but said I had to go thru the 3rd party in Nashville pay them $25. Without a computer my phone wasn't going to co-operate with all the paperwork needed to be filled out and put my credit card number online. I was a patient of Dr Bez who is no longer with the practice. I was required to see a different (fill in) Dr who did absolutely nothing for my pain and sent me on my way. I put a call into the office and next day they called back with an appointment to get me back in, much sooner than I had expected. Dr Wild then saw me, and took a very hands on approach. He put in place both a temporary and long term plan for relief and I am so grateful. I felt heard by the practice, I felt safe and in good hands, and finally I am going to be pain free again. I can’t thank them enough. I’ve been so miserable costing me my quality of life. Thank you all at SMPC!!
There's zero communication among them. Whenever I attempt to return to this clinic, they cancel appointments and reschedule them a month later at the last minute. Their only focus seems to be maximizing insurance billing while administering ineffective treatments with countless shots.
