I had the hot castor oil massage with Jenelle - I’ve had pretty much every style and type of massage over the years but this was new for me. I HIGHLY recommend.
I’m the type of person who finds it hard to truly relax and let go. I hold all my tension in my neck and shoulders. The hot castor oil helped “prep” those areas so when Jenelle worked her way there my body and muscles were more receptive and already relaxed.
I was able to control the temperature on my own. I tend to like things HOT - but when it started reaching my breaking point I was able to take it back down to maintain my comfort level.

I’ve had chronic neck pain for years following two serious disk surgeries resulting in fusion from C2-T2. Today I completed my fourth consecutive weekly Treatment Plan Option with Treva. I’m feeling so much better after the CST and MFR modalities that Treva practices. My neck and shoulders are so much more relaxed after this treatment plan and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

I love my massages here! Treva and Karen are both amazing! If I keep on my regular schedule seen them for craniosacral therapy my migraines are nonexistent. Before seeing them I was having 2 to 3 migraines a month!
