Walmart Vision & Glasses

Crystal and the team at Walmart vision and glasses made me cry. I had recently flown back from California after receiving my new contacts and lost one of them. I went to ShopKo and they have no contacts in store. I went to Walmart vision and Crystal, the vision store manager, went above and beyond and called every single place in town with contacts and asked if they had my prescription in stock. The answer was no, no one had my prescription not even Walmart vision, I thanked her profusely For trying to do her best to help me And even offered to pay her to which she said she could not accept. JUST DON'T. Paid for an eye exam/lenses/ and contacts out of pocket and was given the wrong prescription. Told them right away the one eye was off and I wasn't seeing correctly. The manager asked me what I would like to do about it. Uhhh? I would like the doctor to check the prescription again? Doctor says it's fine but they do a little tweak. New lenses are ordered. Get new lenses in and still cannot see. Told them to put my original lenses back in because I can see better with those. Visited this optical center 6 times because nobody could seem to solve any problem. I ordered my glasses from here 2 years ago (which were insanely overpriced), and my last pair has broken. I've moved since then so I called the walmart in my new location, and they aren't doing eye exams because of covid. They told me to call the walmart in marquette to get my script so I can order a new pair, but the marquette walmart won't extend my script because it's (barely) expired, even though other walmarts are doing this since they aren't doing eye exams. So I can't order glasses because I don't have my script, but I can't get my script because it's expired, but I can't get a new prescription because no one is doing eye exams.
