Walmart Vision & Glasses

So I moved to Marquette recently and had to find a new place to get glasses I have a heavy prescription so brought the paperwork from my old place and they messed up the prescription bad and didn't wanna fix it so I asked for new lenses and they did the same exact thing they did the first time so I'm out 184$ and have to now try another place and hope for the best I don't think they're reading the prescription my normal doctor gave me right

Yep so don't get contacts from here.. went for an eye exam and they gave me the wrong prescription. I told them my vision was blurry with the contacts they gave me and they told me to "give them a week to settle in"

Crystal and the team at Walmart vision and glasses made me cry. I had recently flown back from California after receiving my new contacts and lost one of them. I went to ShopKo and they have no contacts in store. I went to Walmart vision and Crystal, the vision store manager, went above and beyond and called every single place in town with contacts and asked if they had my prescription in stock. The answer was no, no one had my prescription not even Walmart vision, I thanked her profusely For trying to do her best to help me And even offered to pay her to which she said she could not accept. I explained to her my ordeal that I had been through while traveling, being in completely new places, and not being able to see and how when I wore my glasses they fell off my face at the TSA which is why I bought my contacts. She then went and asked someone else (Probably the optometrist) if they had any trial Contacts they could give me and they said yes and right then and there I cried and I asked if I could give her a hug. I knew they didn’t have to do that and I will always be eternally grateful for their kindness. She gave me a hug and said I understand I wear contacts too. They allowed me to put them in before I left and I’m here to tell you that Crystal and the people at Walmart vision restored my faith in humanity that day. They did not ask for this review, but it is the least I can do to show my gratitude. When you go there please pass on the love. People who restore eyesight are truly miracle workers. But, this Walmart vision has Angels.
