Whether I am in person or over the phone the employees are always willing to help and are super nice doing it! Especially today Emily C, Shaylin M, and Makayla K all worked together to help solve my ridiculous technology and rewards issues!

Abby in the salon is amazing. Took my 50yo head of hair and brought the curls and volume from my 20s back to life. She was patient with all my questions and explained everything as she went. Highly suggest anyone who is frustrated with curly hair changes that come with age, hormones (menopause ?), etc., head up to Ulta and talk with Abby.
