Went to Ulta this afternoon around noon. 8/4. I don’t recall the name of the worker who helped my mom and I, I know it started with an A. She had beautiful long hair, very nice skin, and wore glasses. Anyways, she was THE BEST. I had quite a few skincare questions, as did my mom and she answered them super thoroughly and gave us both great recommendations. I felt like she really took to heart what we were looking for and didn’t just point us to the most expensive product in the store. The both of us left very happy and with the products recommended by the employee. 10/10 she made the entire experience at the store today great.

A woman who worked there, her name is Karen. She was so kind and helped me find a foundation that she believed would work well for me. I explained what my skin needed and she helped me try on various colors to determine what would be right for me. I havent tried it personally yet, but Im looking forward to giving it a go.

Rue in the salon is absolutely amazing. Got a clipper cut and a hair treatment. She made me feel seen and heard. I've had a rough week and needed a nice mental reset. I highly recommend Rue and hope I can get in with her again next time I need my hair done! thank you Rue!
