The Lash Lounge is the only place I trust to get my eyebrows waxed/shaped! I’ve been seeing Stacy for years now, and despite moving 6 hours away, I still wait to get my brows done when I come home for a visit so she can do them! Everyone here is incredibly kind and professional as well. I can’t recommend them enough!
I had a service done at the Lash Lounge and the initial result was disappointing. I reached out and spoke to the person who performed my service and the owner. They listened to me, didn’t try to blame it on me, and did two complimentary services to fix it. The person performing my service gave me her personal phone number and told me to follow up with her to make sure I was still satisfied in a few weeks. It’s inevitable that things go wrong sometimes, but the way they listened, fixed the problem, and told me what they were going to do to make sure it didn’t happen to anyone else in the future, was an exceptional example of customer service. Five stars.
Like many women , I've tried a number of brow services (threading, brow bar, hipster boutiques, lux salons) especially having moved cities. My brows never looked and I never felt better than after my visit to The Lash Lounge. The whole appointment was so comfy in the lush reclining chairs, no laying on hard massage tables or barber chairs.Service: Eyebrow waxing
