NorthCountry Health DPC provides affordable and accessible healthcare. The doctors offer competent and compassionate care. Patients appreciate the convenience of having their doctors accessible to them. The doctors are knowledgeable and offer suggestions to improve health. The business has exceeded expectations, providing personalized care and a clear understanding of the value received for the cost. They are an asset to the community.
I love being able to have a real relationship with a physician again. In the office I was with most recently, I had to see a variety of providers. Most physicians are now so limited in the time they are allowed with each patient, but because Dr. Brang isn't under the control of health insurance or a large office, he is able to discuss health issues at length. And I can confer with him quickly; I have been able to text him and get a response the same day. I haven't had any urgent health needs yet, but he has explained that when/if patients do have urgent concerns, he will arrange to see them asap in the office, or even make house calls! (within a range of 10 miles, I think) Dr. Brang is working with me to develop a whole lifestyle plan to avoid developing health problems, rather than treat them after they occur. My relationship with my physician now feels more personal than it has since I was a kid, for decades!
