Kevin called shortly after I created my service ticket. Which of course is always a plus. I am very pleased how he went above and beyond to fix my issue and made sure it doesn't happen again in the near future. He even went as far to explain what he was doing and what the benefit would be. I am very pleased to have my computer back and working!
Fast response, efficient "fixes" and always come up with great ideas that make my work better and more streamlined. My work is a lot "out of the box" as a staff archivist and dealing with "saving" hard copies of digital media can get tricky. They have always understood the needs and figured out work arounds.
From my first contact with Sebastian regarding our computer problem, he has been friendly, sincere and willing to assist us with resolving the data problem on one of our desktop computers. After initiating a "trouble ticket", he has e-mailed and phoned us with short term suggestions, and today he spent approximately two hours on site, trying to resolve the missing data problem. His assessment was that while the files were found, they could not be opened in the required format. He did, however, make suggestions for data storage and backup while at the same time suggesting that we look into similar options through Compudyne. It was obvious to me that Sebastian is knowledgeable, resourceful, and willing to offer other technology avenues for further possibilities of resolving this issue. My experience with Sebastian has been most positive. I can recommend him to any company or individual for computer problem solving.
