Every step of the new flooring we bought and had installed from Fraco was flawless. From our first meeting with Joe and Laura to our last, the entire experience was smooth, on time, and professional. Joe and Laura were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us choose the flooring that perfectly fit our home and needs. The quality of the flooring we chose was far beyond anything else that was offered in the other stores in Marquette. We are so thankful that we decided to go with Fraco. The look of the flooring in our home is way beyond our expectations. It has completely changed the look of our home and they had it all installed in one day. Incredible. Fraco… read full review

Wow! I called on Thursday with my floor selection. Joe was off Friday, but he came over anyway and measured the main floor. I had the proposal the very same day. I accepted it and on Tuesday they started the job and finished on Wednesday! Now that's service! Within a week I got rid of the carpeting and have a beautiful new floor to enjoy! They did a top notch job. I would highly recommend Fraco!

We recently had new flooring installed, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It looks fantastic! Laura and Joe were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. They were professional, responsive, and incredibly accommodating, even fitting us into their schedule just a few days after we moved into our new home. Their quality of work and excellent customer service made the experience seamless. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring!
