..it took me awhile to get into my first appointment, but had nothing short of a positive experience. all of the workers, aides, and doctors were extremely caring, took their time, and even fit me in for a contact fitting in addition to what i was there for initially. i have had a very tough and rough and emotional journey with my eyes, and one in particular that will require a corneal transplant. two of the ladies, CARLA and TRACY, were particularly caring, nuturing, compassionate, sympathetic, and extremely qualified. had personal conversations with all of them about my trauma and they were so real and so approachable and caring. i didn't feel like i was just at another...read full review

I saw Doctor Hooper for a routine eye exam. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. The technician who did the pre-exam work was friendly and professional. Doctor Hooper's examination was professional, friendly, and informative. Overall, I felt well cared for and comfortable throughout the entire process. They had a busy schedule for the day, but my care was timely as well.

I was born with cataracts and my regular eye doc suggested removal. I made an appt and set up cataract surgery. The nurses were a hoot (thanks Megan and Tom), everyone I dealt with was friendly and caring. Dr Rooney was great, answered all my questions. I had nothing but a good experience, would recommend him for surgery.
