B&G Heating & Plumbing Inc. has been providing commercial and residential services in the Upper Peninsula for many years. They are a trusted emergency provider, offering a wide range of emergency and non-emergency services, all guaranteed.
One customer came home to a cold house and called B&G on a Monday morning. A technician, Joe, was at their home by noon and had the heat up and running by 12:30 PM. The customer appreciated Joe's expertise in identifying and fixing the issue, as well as his changing the furnace filter without being asked.
Another customer required a sump pump unit installation due to frequent basement flooding. Despite the high ground water level, B&G's hardworking and knowledgeable team completed the installation. The customer was impressed with their niceness and plans to use B&G for all future plumbing needs.
Paula, Dan, and the employees, including Jeremy, are known for their quick, knowledgeable, and thorough service. They are polite, interested in getting things right, and take the time to explain solutions and repairs to clients. Customers rely on B&G for their expertise and appreciate their attention to detail.
First class.
I called 4 places for work in the basement. B&G were the only ones to call back. They were at my house in under a week and did the work quick, clean and to expectation. There was no need to clean up after. I was surprised when I got the invoice at how fair the amount was. I expected to owe way more .
Great communication. Arrived early. Work space was left clean.
We highly recommend B&G! Everyone we interacted with were extremely prompt, helpful and friendly. They helped solve our water heater problem quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable price.
B&G Plumbing is the absolute best! From Paula who immediately understood my urgency of a non-functioning water heater on a Friday afternoon to the guys who immediately found the problem and solved it in less than 15 minutes. I have lived here 7 years in Marquette and this is the 2nd time I've had the most positive experience. I highly recommend their company as they are honest, down-to-earth, caring, and solution focused! Endless thanks from a mom of 3 young kiddos :)
