I came home from a holiday weekend to find my house a balmy 45°F on a Sunday. I called B&G at 8AM Monday and they had a technician to my house by noon. I suspected it was a bad ignitor, and sure enough, it was. The technician, Joe, showed me the part and exactly where it failed and he pulled a new one from his truck stock and had my heat up and running by 12:30PM. In addition, I had mentioned to him that I had not changed my furnace filter yet and I keep them in the vicinity of the furnace and he changed my filter for me without being asked.I haven't even received the invoice yet but at this point I don't care what it costs. A busy company but well worth the wait. They installed a sump pump unit for me because of frequent Springtime basement flooding. It was a little complicated due to the high ground water level in this location. Hard workers, very knowledgeable and also so nice to work with. They will definitely be the company I call for all of my future plumbing needs. Thank you, B&G!

Paula and Dan and employees (Jeremy) make sure your experience is quick, knowledgeable and thorough. They know what they are doing and are polite and interested in getting things right. Then they explain the solution/repair to the client. Always a company to rely on.
