While traveling, my dog experienced a medical emergency. AMC was able to see us within the hour and everyone was so kind and helpful. I adopted a kitty. They were so helpful in the initial exam and when I had to order her ear medication there was a problem with the email link getting to me to order her meds. The front desk girls Reba and I think the others name was Taylor were beyond helpful in getting that expedited. They got the email sent immediately and followed up to ensure I received it. They are all super friendly and go above and beyond. Highly recommended this vet.
Everyone at the Animal Medical Center is so kind and wonderful to work with my grumpy Goldendoodle, who definitely does not enjoy going to the vet! They are always so patient and understanding with him.
The vet takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and always makes sure I understand all of my options. The staff who answer the phones are just as kind and helpful, and they are always willing to work with us to get my boy in when he needs to be seen.
