I couldn’t be more thrilled with any service company. I called them on the day after a huge storm and I had roof damage due to limbs on my roof. They came within two hours and did an amazing job cutting broken limbs hanging from the top of a huge Maple. Then they untangled the branches that landed on my roof, cut up the limbs and located the holes in the roof. They totally cleaned off the roof of every branch and leaf and then beautifully cleaned up all around my house and driveway. Parshall Tree Care Experts is a Top notch company!!! (located NW Kent County) I had some concerns about our oldest maple on our old farm property, that had a leg that was leaning towards the house. I contacted James R. and our schedules lined up well and he was there in about 2days to review the situation. He did just look at the tree and say "yup it needs to go" James took the time to explain a few quote options, and gave us a good education of how each option would effect the tree depending on the option selected. I had Parshall come look at a tree sitting over the power line running to my house. They advised me on all my options. They found a way the tree could be managed so it can safely remain there safely at a fraction of the cost of removing it. So we got to keep our tree!
