“I bought a pair of Bartlett’s K-1 Ice Cleats last Christmas and absolutely loved them for their versatility and durability. I work year round on the road and need to be in and out of a car, so the cleats are great for driving since they’re much easier to remove than other ice cleats I’ve seen out there.

At the end of the winter, I packed them up and we moved out of state. When I went to put them back on this year I noticed the strap on one of the cleats was halfway torn. I figured I’d send an email with some pictures of the tear to Bartlett, as I thought the strap should’ve lasted much longer with how durable it was advertised to be.

Apparently Bartlett agreed; Kelly called me and informed me they’d be sending me a new pair right away – free of charge – but they needed to confirm some details. I work nights so I missed Kelly during the day, and she went above and beyond to reach out again after she hadn’t heard back from me. Mind you, Kelly did all of this the week before Christmas.

I finally got back to her, and she had a brand new pair of cleats on my doorstep on Christmas Eve.

I was truly impressed by Bartlett, and in particular Kelly. Their customer service was excellent, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I look forward to buying from Bartlett again in the future, and can be confident in their products knowing that they have such an amazing team of professionals working for them.

The sticker is from last year, but I wouldn’t mind a few more!
