This Servpro is the BEST company!! The owner Rob came out to my house at 10 AM Sunday after the fire. They started working on Monday at 9. Assessed the damage and assured me right from the start what they would do to help me put things back together. Fast and friendly from the start to finish. Exceeded every expectation! Susan was amazing to work with, in constant communication handling every call and text, responding quickly when I had questions, so kind and professional. They packed and cleaned and moved boxes in and around everything we needed done for the contractors to get their part done. Super job deep cleaning things. We had storm damage in the spring of 2024. Due to missing shingles which caused a lot of water damage. We called ServPro one of 3 companies that our insurance co. gave us to pick from. In less then a hour they were there to seal up our roof. We gave them the contract to do all the repairs on our house. I have to say these people are on the ball, they worked with our insurance adjuster, who was not the easiest person to work with. Also the sub contractors that they used, did a superb job, better then we expected. There foreman Mike was always easy to get a hold of and kept us informed about the job.
