As a first-time horse owner, I had many questions and concerns, and wanted to ensure I was doing right by my new boy. Dr. Jeff came out to give him an exam, and, in addition to thoroughly evaluating every aspect of my horse from nose to tail, he patiently explained the nuances of his findings to me, answered ALL my questions in detail, evaluated my land, barn, feed, and hay, and provided much-appreciated advice on ways to best care for my sweet boy going forward. Having him out was such a valuable experience that I had him back today, 2.5 months later, to answer yet more questions and make sure I'm doing things right. Another GREAT visit.
