We have used RD Kleinschmidt several times on rental properties and recently replaced soffits and eaves on our home. In the process they corrected major ventilation issues. They were on time very efficient, professional and left everything clean. I was pleasantly surprised at the price compared to other bids. My family has done business with RD Kleinschmidt, Inc. for decades. They recently responded to perform temporary repairs to our roof when a large tree damaged the roof. They later replaced the roof. They were true to their bid, and the crew respected our property. We ended up with a spectacular new roof, and the property was cleaner when they left than when they arrived.
