After my first adjustment, I felt some immediate relief, and didn't require any pain medication for the remainder of that day! It was the first time in weeks that I could manage without it! With just a few more visits, the amount of time that I could go without the need for the ibuprofen continued to grow. I added a massage appointment with Stephanie within my first 2 weeks of care, and found that to be super beneficial as well.
