The door-to-door salesman was polite, and the person who came out to do the quote the very next day spent hours assessing the current roof, taking pictures to explain what was being dealt with. This person went over all options and choices offered, was honest and took the time to genuinely explain everything. The crew showed up and had the job done and everything cleaned up in less than 7 hours, being mindful of cats on the premises. Everything was done very professionally. The roofers were polite and very fast, showing up on time and done within the hour.
Crew did a good job. Entire roof, including replacement of all old plywood, was completed in one day. Clean up was good.
Ryan Cohen, the project manager, was fantastic! He was on the job site while the work was being done, answered any and all questions, and made sure the cleanup was done before the roofers left. He contacted us several times in the days that followed to make sure we were satisfied and to answer any additional questions we had! He was a great representative for the company!
Sales team went over all details and concerns regarding roof replacement. Install manager was involved from start to finish. Roofing team arrived on time, completing the task in the quoted time frame. Workers were professional ,making sure surrounding areas were not damaged and cleaned up everything.
