I can't speak for the quality of work but, if it is anything like his ability to keep an appointment to do work, then you may want to skip him. The short story is that he seems very unprofessional and NEVER follows up on any agreements.After making initial contact and receiving estimate, we agreed to have work done on a date 3 weeks later. That date pasted with no new work or phone call. I called him and then again, agreed to have the work done on a date 2 weeks later. Again, That date pasted with no new work or phone call. I called again and again agreed to have work done on a date 2 weeks later. That date was 4 weeks ago and i haven't heard from him.
