Salesman, Dennis, did an excellent job with answering my questions and follow-up questions to make sure I understood everything clearly before I made my decision. Technician, Anthony, along with his crew were all polite and estimated they would be done by a certain time and they were. Showed me how to work things and change filters, etc. The whole experience has been excellent and am pleased with everything.
Awesome job. Replaced furnace, hot water heater, air conditioner and thermostat. Started on time, notified me again just prior to arrival. Great value for the money. Technicians were polite, knowledgeable and did not screw around, just worked. Arrived about 8:30am and find finished about 1:30. Great job of training us on new thermostat and new furnace/AC maintenance. Highly recommend!
Randazzo just installed a new furnace and air conditioner .the installation team was so professional, kept my house clean. I'm very picky and the quality of the installation was unbelievable. so happy with lennox products. highly recommended company.
