What can I say. This is the second home in two weeks I have had Nu-Way out due to a move. I have used them since maybe 2005? As always my carpet is resurrected after each cleaning. LOL I requested Eric to come back to our second home. His attention to detail is amazing. This is his craft and he knows exactly what needs to be done! In my other home I used the deodorizer, sanitizer and Stain-guard. My carpet always has a nice texture to it with NO feeling of leftover residual! I recommend the deodorizer and stain guard. I have had NuWay clean my carpet, upholstered bed, tile and an area rug. Every time things turned out better than ever. I correspond with them through email and they are prompt with responding. Eric the tech that came out noticed that I had some grout missing in my bathroom. The owner, Joe, came out and replaced it for free. I cannot recommend them enough. Great communication, great service and great people!
