“I have ordered and worked with BrandLure, LLC on several projects over the past few years. They have always met my expectations, and our Rep. Joann is amazing to work with. The reason for this review is that for our last order through BrandLure, our team needed 2 different shirts created with 2 different designs. We needed these shirts fast as the being of our Fall semester was approaching soon. I really appreciated our Rep Joann for being very honest with me. She stated that normally to place an order of that size it takes at least 3-weeks which included proof approval, printing the items, and delivery. She worked with me and I was able to place the orders very quickly. To my surprise our shirts arrived way before the expected time she estimated, and our entire campus loved the shirts. The quality and design were amazing! Although we had our designs picked out, we did not have the correct files for the graphics, (our error not BrandLures) and Joann had their design team create 2 similar designs for our shirts and they came out great. The quality, the speedy delivery, and their customer service's attention to every detail is why I continue to use BrandLure for our printing needs. Use them, they know what they are doing. If there is an item you want but it can't get to you in time, they can suggest other items that will.”
