I referred Maddox to my uncle. He also had an install and maintenance biannually. My uncle is a man of few words, yet he always mentions when Maddox has been out to his home and how happy he is with this company.

Joe & Eric from Maddox Irrigation arrived on time, completing the winterization service of my sprinkler system efficiently. They were polite and knowledgeable answering my questions. I would give them 6 stars out of 5 stars.
It's October, winterization time. Techs were on time, efficient, and reminded me to drain the inside water line that runs to the outside to prevent any freeze damage. Easy, peasy once again.
Maddox has been servicing our lawn irrigation system for for the past few years and always does a greeeaatt! job. The techs and office staff are awesome at keeping us up to date on appt. arrival times etc. We had some follow up work done today on the electronic control system (after 34 years it decided to retire from working across all zones).
