Alec at Four Seasons Kanga Roof exceeded every expectation we had! From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He took the time to complete a full assessment and made sure he truly understood the issue we were dealing with and exactly what needed to be done. You can immediately tell when someone genuinely cares about their work, and Alec absolutely does.
The level of confidence and reassurance he provided throughout the process gave us complete peace of mind, especially when dealing with an issue at one of our church locations. Because of how well Alec handled everything, I can honestly say I am excited and looking forward to working with him and the company on a larger project for Preventative Maintenance for 40+ of our commercial locations throughout Michigan. It is rare to find this level of customer service, communication, and attention to detail.
Thank you again, Alec, for going above and beyond. We truly appreciate you!
