As the mother of a very quiet introvert, it is difficult to find locations that will meet the person where they are and work hard to make them feel safe and comfortable. BA Salon and Collective is AMAZING and did just that. They not only made sure she looked beautiful for her senior pictures, they made her feel beautiful. Thank you to an amazing staff!!
This is such a hidden gem of a salon! I love the inclusive, whimsical, creative, and collaborative atmosphere in this salon. I have spent a lot of time in a lot of different salons across the Midwest and BA is truly one of my favorites.
The whole team worked with me to find a solution to get the hair of my dreams, which ended up being custom dyed butterfly weft extensions and they are perfect! I have never gotten more compliments on my hair!

BA salon is one of the best hair appointment experiences i have ever had! i go to alex and the two times i have been she makes me feel safe and like we basically have been friends for like 6 years or something like that! she also remembered things about my life from the first appointment like 8 weeks prior which made me feel super seen! over all a super safe and calming space! love it there, definitely my new go to hair salon
