Had an aging roof and had John give me an estimate. In doing so, he discovered a huge hole in the back of my chimney from a raccoon. Unlike the other roofers, he was more than happy to fix the chimney and replace the roof. Due to possible rain damage, he scheduled me quickly and added a tarp preventing water leaks in the meantime. I filed an insurance claim for the chimney damage, and he spoke to Allstate on my behalf. On the roof install/chimney repair day, he and his crew worked from 7:30am until 9pm. We hired John to complete a roof and shutter replacement. Our existing roof had two layers and needed repairs before placing the new roof. He and his team completed the work timely and professionally. He has done work for us in the past and we will continue to use him and his team.
