We went to Mitten Animal Hospital for the first time this week. Dr. Coleman and his staff were amazing! They were so sympathetic to a tough situation we are in with our recently rescued golden retriever. We truly appreciate their expertise and kindness.
Mitten is an amazing veterinary office, not only is Dr. Coleman extremely kind and patient, we never once had a bad experience with any other member of the staff. Everyone is professional, friendly, and compassionate. Our dog Hank has gone there for 10 years, and we always left feeling reassured and confident in his care plan and health. The team responds to email questions fast, if you have to leave a voicemail they’ll follow up next day - it’s truly a great place and an even better staff. We have been taking our pets to Dr. Coleman for 9 years. This week we had to put our dog down. I cannot say enough good things about this office. She was not the kindest dog and they always knew how to handle her and give her the same treatment as any other dog. Dr. Coleman was always in contact with us regarding her health up until the very end. He is the same way with our cats and we are so lucky to have such an amazing vet to take care of our animals.
