Thomas F Construction LLC replaced all windows and a new roof for an older couple. The crew were great to work with, professional and respectful - need to add funny also. The couple was a little worried about having these two projects done and were very happy they chose Thomas F Construction. Thomas and his team did a great job of adding on to an existing 1 1/2 car garage and creating a new driveway and walkway. It all started with Thomas coming out in a timely fashion to give a quote and continued through to what he said the time line would be for the project. Thomas and his crew are knowledgeable, good workers and friendly. They would highly recommend them and have them back for any future jobs. Thomas F Construction built a large covered deck. The deck is beautiful. Their professionalism and timeliness were appreciated. The construction is very impressive. The crew did a great job and consulted with the details. They were happy to do the extras that were asked for. The crew was very considerate and felt very comfortable. The cost was reasonable and fair. They are all nice guys that take pride in their work. The team recently did some work at a house and they did a wonderful job. They were timely, respectful, and kept a neat workspace. Thomas was great at communicating prior to the work and prompt answering questions. A backyard looks great thanks to Thomas F Construction. They tore down an old shed, built a huge garage, added a gorgeous trex deck and a patio. There is also a side garage door for golf cart.
They replaced all of our windows and a new roof. The crew were great to work with, professional and respectful - need to add funny also. Older couple and was a little worried about having these two projects done. Very happy we chose Thomas F Construction.
