Absolutely happy we went with this company after shopping around. We're extremely satisfied with the work provided. It was done very quickly and professionally, and the few minor issues we had were very quickly taken care of. Superior Exteriors went way above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our roof and the work they did, even going beyond what was required contractually by them to make sure we were satisfied. Our salesman Matt did a great job coming in and explaining our options to us clearly without wasting our time, he was very professional and personable, and stayed in close contact with us during the entire process! He was very respectful to our household, pets, and young daughter while he was here, and followed up again after the process was over to make sure everything was how we wanted. Our project manager Aaron was also very communicative and even helped us save some money on our skylights even after we agreed to a higher amount! He came by personally multiple times after the work was done to make sure everything was satisfactory, and did a last minute clean up of our driveway and sidewalk after the dumpster was removed, to make sure there were no nails left behind. Pretty sure they left our driveway and sidewalk better than it was when they got here! The workers were all extremely fast and professional, doing our entire roof tear down and rebuild with two skylights in a single day of work! All in all I can highly recommend Superior Exteriors for good, honest work. At multiple points in the process they could've easily made decisions that would have gotten them more money at our expense, and chose to cut us a deal on the work instead. Look no further for solid local roofing work!
