I take my grandson, Bentley, to see Andrea for a haircut. Andrea has been amazing since we have been taking him to her. Bentley had a bad experience with another person who cut his hair at another place. The first time we took him to Andrea, she understood and was so patient with him. She talked to him to calm him down, she explained and showed him what she was going to do. She was soothing to him. He took to her right away. He had his moments but she worked through them with him.
