They're the best! We moved into a new house and had problem after problem with the boiler and hot water heater. They came out numerous times, sometimes very urgently, one time unnecessarily, but always making sure I was taken care of. Their billing is more than fair, their techs are professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and Michele in the office is absolutely fantastic. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
Absolutely recommend! They were quick to come out and look and get back with an estimate. Very reasonable pricing, got me on the she schedule as soon as possible and was even able to do it sooner when they finished up another job sooner. Very nice people to work with both in person and on the phone.
Given the peak heating season and staff shortages, I expected a long delay in getting service. Premier’s response time was reasonable and all of the phone calls were patient and professional.
