John trained my first Bullmastiff in 2021 along with boarding him when I needed to go out of town. He did such an amazing job with my dog, I since moved and my dog crossed the rainbow bridge. This year when I bought my new bullmastiff, and needed to have her trained I did not hesitate to bring her to Cotten's Sunset Kennels for a board and train. I traveled 4 hours each way so John could train my new puppy. I trusted his skills and I know I can reach out to him anytime with questions. His kennel is amazing along with his training skills.

In just 4 weeks, I have a new dog thanks to John and Allison. Prior to taking our dog Stormy to their training, it was nerve-wracking walking him or being outside because he was so unpredictable. I never knew if he would ignore the person (or dog or bike or car) or chase them. Now I have the tools to confidently walk Stormy, and he has been trained to behave in the way I want him to act. Found Cotten's when I needed to board my 10-month-old puppy. Met John and was extremely impressed. Came back a month later and did a board and train for my then 11 month puppy Soka. The difference between when I dropped her off and when I picked her up was nothing short of a miracle. She is so well behaved now compared to where she was prior to John's training. I would highly recommend John for anyone looking for training or boarding of their pup. Thank you John!
