This is my second time buying my eye glasses from the Plymouth, Livonia location. What made me come back for the second time, was the lovely lady Ms. Cynthia. Every time she's been so professional ask me all the right questions very intensive to my needs, got me the best deal, transitional line reading glasses apply to the eyeglasses. Once I receive my eyeglasses I was very extremely satisfied, receive them in a timely manner, that being said, I highly recommend Cynthia her customer service is awesome. I will definitely go back just to have her wait on me, and I definitely recommend Cynthia, she's a breath of fresh air. Very satisfied customer A.B.

Great experience with Dr.Kapadia. I went in for a contact exam that was a third of the price I was quoted by another place. I got a detailed exam that actually found something really important that would have been missed had I ignored getting an exam. I’m able to follow up with specialty care and do everything I can for the best possible outcome.

Hearing something isn’t right is terrifying, but I’m grateful for the calm, non-judgmental, and knowledgeable bedside manner. It makes care accessible.

As a very secondary benefit, my contact lenses also do help me see much better so that’s nice too.

We have always had a pleasant experience at Walmart Vision Center. The staff is friendly and the doctors are great. Please consider that their offices are right inside Walmart, so things can get busy. There are times when people may walk-in, before or after they do their shopping, to ask questions of the staff. Doctor Kapadia and Doctor Karmali are caring, knowledgeable and professional. Our family really likes and recommends them!
