Great experience with Dr.Kapadia. I went in for a contact exam that was a third of the price I was quoted by another place. I got a detailed exam that actually found something really important that would have been missed had I ignored getting an exam. I’m able to follow up with specialty care and do everything I can for the best possible outcome.

Hearing something isn’t right is terrifying, but I’m grateful for the calm, non-judgmental, and knowledgeable bedside manner. It makes care accessible.

As a very secondary benefit, my contact lenses also do help me see much better so that’s nice too.

We have always had a pleasant experience at Walmart Vision Center. The staff is friendly and the doctors are great. Please consider that their offices are right inside Walmart, so things can get busy. There are times when people may walk-in, before or after they do their shopping, to ask questions of the staff. Doctor Kapadia and Doctor Karmali are caring, knowledgeable and professional. Our family really likes and recommends them!

Absolutely amazing customer service! I didn’t quite catch the two ladies’ names, but you know who you are (the two ladies working the evening of 6/1/24). Extremely helpful, professional, and kind! Thank you for providing exceptional care. It really made my whole day!
