My personal turnout gear needed some love, did a search and they were the first ones to come up in google. Contacted them to see how the process worked, if I needed to generate an RMA before shipping or just fill out the online forms. Spoke with Joel he said to just fill out their forms and send it in with the gear and they had a 3-4 week turnaround time. I needed some stitching, scotchlite, and Velcro replaced. Sent my coat and pants in with forms. It was about 2 weeks I was quoted for repairs and the belt loops I wanted added. Price was good compared to buying $3-5k brand new set.
